These Terms and Conditions govern your rights and obligations regarding the use of MultiWords, a language learning application developed by Fatih KALIP. By using the application, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Creation and Security

2.1. Account Creation:

•Account creation is required to use the application

•Email verification is required for email registrations

•Google and Apple sign-in are subject to their respective security policies

•You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information

2.2. Account Security:

•You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

•You must not share your login credentials with third parties

•Suspicious or unauthorized activities must be reported immediately

3. App Features and Usage

3.1. Study Area:

•The app provides various language study features such as Reading, Writing and Listening

•Some study features may be temporarily unavailable or limited

•Study progress and statistics may be recorded

3.2. Game Area:

•The app offers word-based games such as Matching and Scramble

•Game scores and progress may be recorded

•Users may appear on leaderboards based on their scores

3.3. Library:

•Users can create and manage personal word libraries

•Preloaded word groups may be available

•Users can edit or remove words they have added

3.4. Social Features:

•Users can add friends using usernames

•Friend-related interactions and rankings may be displayed

•Social features may be updated or limited over time

4. User Content

4.1. User Responsibility:

•Users are responsible for the content they add to the app

•Content must not be illegal, offensive, or infringe intellectual property rights

4.2. Content Management:

•Users may edit or delete their own content

•The app reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms

5. App Updates

•The application may receive updates via Expo Updates

•Updates may include bug fixes, improvements, or feature changes

•Some updates may be required for continued use of certain features

6. Notifications

•The app uses Expo Notifications for in-app notifications

•Notification preferences can be managed from the settings page

•Notifications may include study reminders, app updates, achievements, or social interactions

7. Account Deletion

•Users can delete their account from the settings page

•Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

•All associated user data will be permanently removed

8. Restrictions

•The app must not be used for illegal purposes

•Users must not attempt to manipulate scores or rankings

•Automated systems or abusive behavior are prohibited

•Reverse engineering or unauthorized access to the app is not allowed

9. Disclaimer

•The application is provided "as is"

•Learning outcomes are not guaranteed

•The app does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

•The app is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services

10. Changes

•These Terms may be updated from time to time

•Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
